Refund policy

Within 14 days of payment we refund you with no questions asked. Write to support@dmhive.io from the address your account is registered with.

1. When a refund applies

within 14 days of the charge, for any reason and with no explanation needed; this covers monthly and yearly plans alike, both the first payment and renewals;
after 14 days, if the service was down through our fault for a noticeable part of the paid period: we refund the money for that time;
if you were charged twice or charged after cancelling: we refund in full, with no time limit.

2. How it works

we confirm your request within 3 business days;
the money goes back the way it came, to the same card or account; how long it takes to land depends on your bank and is usually up to 10 business days;
after a refund access to paid features stops and the account moves to the free plan; your data and the scenarios you built stay where they are.

3. What is not refundable

usage already spent beyond your plan and billed separately: artificial intelligence model calls and messages in channels where the platform charges for delivery. That money has already gone to the provider;
payments where the acceptable use rules in our terms were broken: sending spam, processing other people's personal data without the right to do so, working around platform rules.

4. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew after that. Cancelling on its own does not return money: if you want a refund, write to us within 14 days.

5. If you disagree with our decision

Write to founder@dmhive.io and we will look at it personally. This policy does not override the consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
